Gail began his career in construction in 1976. In 1983, he established his own residential construction company, DonAllen Builders, Inc., specializing architecture and building custom homes. After 13 years in residential and commercial construction, Gail made the move to commercial design and build, establishing GDS Design & Build, Inc. as a leader in commercial construction across the metro.

For leisure, Gail enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren, hunting, boating, spending more time with his grandchildren, fishing, trap shooting, volunteering his time at church, and spending even more time with his grandchildren.

Michael began his career in construction with GDS Design and Build, Inc. in 2002 as a general laborer. For over 20 years, Mike has been an asset to GDS. As a Job Supervisor, he effectively ensures that jobs are meeting or exceeding Gail’s and the client’s expectations, no matter the extent.

In his free time, Mike enjoys playing sports, spending time with his wife and three beautiful children, and captaining on Lake Minnetonka.
